Do you know what R T L S stands for?

Quite simply, that is Real Time Location Systems (or Services) or neatly put RTLS.

You can use such a system to identify and/or track machinery, equipment, inventory and even people, in real time.

As an example a Residential Aged Care provider may adopt an RTLS solution that enables them to locate staff for safety and reporting purposes. Then, having used this solution for a period they want to expand its use to provide residents with a fall monitoring capability that will notify staff of a residents location in case of a fall.
